[Green World] School field trips get a free alpaca fan (Apr-May 2015)

[Green World Ecological Farm] is giving away adorable alpaca souvenir fans as part of their field trips!

(I) Green World Off-Campus Teaching Activity: Giving Away "Adorable Alpaca Commemorative Fans"

[Event Period]: April 1, 2015 to May 31, 2015

[Target Audience]: Teachers and students of junior high schools and below participating in after-school programs.

[Activity Content]: During the event period, teachers and students from participating schools will conduct field trips at Green World.

Each person can go to (7) the Visitor Service Center with their same-day ticket stub (ticket required).

Redeem one "Cute Alpaca Commemorative Fan" for free.

(II) Introduction to Green World Park

Green World Eco Farm is a happy place where children can embrace nature, learn happily, and care for the environment and each other.

Located in Beipu, Hsinchu, the "Green World Ecological Farm" is the largest subtropical rainforest ecological park in Asia.

Covering an area of 70 hectares, it comprises six major theme parks:

(I) Swan Lake Area, (II) Grand Adventure Area, (III) Aquatic Plant Park

(iv) Bird Ecological Park, (v) Butterfly and Insect Ecological Park, (vi) Biodiversity Exploration Area

It also features a children's favorite animal ecology interpretation center, biodiversity exploration hall, adorable animal area, and seasonal attractions.

Gardens, rainforest skywalks, cactus park, herb garden, green meadows, Jurassic-style restrooms

It features 47 rich flora and fauna ecological landscape areas, including a century-old Hakka house, a unique seed plant area, and a poisonous plant area.

At the "Alpaca Home" on the vast grasslands, children can observe a family of alpacas from New Zealand foraging and rolling around up close.

Their adorable appearance. Green World is committed to ecological conservation and has repeatedly won the "No. 1 in Excellent Farm Experience Evaluation".

The park preserves its natural primeval forest and beautiful lakes, and the entire park adopts energy-saving and carbon-reducing green buildings, requiring no air conditioning.

With a mild climate in winter and cool in summer, the park utilizes ecological engineering techniques to recycle and reuse rainwater. It also supports the restoration and cultivation of several endangered species endemic to Taiwan.

For example, many scholars from home and abroad have visited this garden to observe and learn about plants such as Taiwan water lily and Taiwan mountain fox.

Green World boasts many world records: the world's largest-beaked toucan, and the world's most intelligent and mathematically capable bird.

The macaw, the world's largest freshwater fish - the elephant fish, the world's largest seed - the sea coconut, etc.

Many programs, such as SET [Watching Taiwan with Heart], GTV [Close-up], MOMO [Little Player], and many idol dramas, have featured him.
